Schedule & Location

Each day is divided into four classes: 8:30 – 10:30am, 10:45am – 12:45pm, 2:15 – 4:15, 4:30 – 5:30pm. On the final day of the course, classes are dismissed by 1:30pm.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes before class is scheduled to begin.

Tuition and Fees

Tuition does not include course manuals, private sessions, guidance sessions, travel, or housing.  Private sessions and guidance sessions, arranged individually with Certified Practitioners or Teachers of Body-Mind Centering®, are required. The number of sessions depends on the program and the cost per session varies from $40 – $85.

What to bring to Class

  • A Course Manual that you will receive at the beginning of the first class
  • Any edition of the Anatomy Coloring Book by Lawrence Elson and Wynn Kapit (color Skeletal System Plates before BNP course)
  • Pen or pencil
  • Notebook and notebook paper
  • Water Bottle
  • Snack and/or Lunch
  • Blanket, yoga mat, or cushion (optional)
  • Knee pads (optional)

What to Wear
Wear comfortable clothing that you move freely in and dress in layers to tolerate the heat and air conditioning.  Classes are barefoot or in socks. For this course knee pads especially are recommended.
