Schedule & Location

Each day is divided into four classes:

8:30 – 10:30am

10:45am – 12:45pm

2:15 – 4:55

4:30 – 5:30pm

On the final day of a course, classes are dismissed by 1:30pm.

Please arrive 15 minutes before class scheduled to start.

Full tuition: $930
Admin fee: $25
Course manual fee: $20


What to bring to Class

  • A Course Manual that you will receive at the beginning of the first class
  • Pen or pencil
  • Notebook and notebook paper
  • Water Bottle
  • Snack and/or Lunch
  • Blanket, yoga mat, or cushion (optional)
  • Knee pads (optional)

What to Wear
Wear comfortable clothing that you move freely in and dress in layers to tolerate the heat and air conditioning.  Classes are barefoot or in socks.
